Roos Heating and Air LLC began with a passion for mechanical work and a desire to build a company that puts quality first. After entering the HVAC industry through a recommendation from a close friend, our founder quickly discovered a career that combined problem solving, technical skill, and helping people every day.
Starting in residential HVAC, he gained experience with installations, repairs, and troubleshooting before advancing into senior technician and leadership roles. Looking to expand his knowledge even further, he transitioned into commercial HVAC, working on a wide variety of systems while earning additional certifications and continuing his education.
That dedication to learning and craftsmanship became the foundation of Roos Heating and Air LLC.
